Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fm-strat.com, falconmedicalstrategies.com, and any other Falcon Medical Strategies, Inc. website that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Website"). The Website is operated by Falcon Medical Strategies, Inc. ("Falcon," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Website Purpose
The Website provides general information about Falcon, its capabilities, leadership, professional perspectives, thought leadership, Partner Network, career opportunities, and ways to contact us.
The Website does not itself provide consulting services, and your use of the Website or submission of an inquiry does not create a client, consulting, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship with Falcon. Any consulting engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
2. Informational Content Only
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not intended to constitute medical, scientific, clinical, legal, regulatory, financial, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from appropriately qualified professionals familiar with the relevant facts and circumstances.
Falcon does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or patient-specific medical advice through the Website. Nothing on the Website is intended for use in making decisions about individual patient care or as a substitute for independent scientific, medical, legal, regulatory, or professional judgment.
Although Falcon seeks to provide thoughtful and useful information, medical, scientific, regulatory, technological, and industry information changes over time. We do not warrant that Website content is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
3. Contact Forms and Sensitive Information
You may use the Website to submit a general inquiry. You agree that information you provide will be accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Do not submit patient information, protected health information, adverse-event reports, product complaints, clinical-trial data, trade secrets, confidential business information, proprietary materials, or other sensitive information through a general Website form or unencrypted email. Falcon is not obligated to treat an unsolicited Website submission as confidential.
If your communication relates to an adverse event, product complaint, medical emergency, or patient-care matter, contact the appropriate healthcare provider, product manufacturer, sponsor, regulatory contact, or emergency service directly. The Website is not designed or monitored for those purposes.
4. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Falcon grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the publicly available Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
-
Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or related networks.
-
Interfere with the Website's operation, security, or availability.

-
Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of a communication.
-
Use the Website to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise harmful material.
-
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create derivative works from Website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms, applicable law, or Falcon's prior written consent.
-
Use Falcon's name, trademarks, content, or visual identity in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content—including text, graphics, designs, logos, icons, images, videos, presentations, publications, frameworks, downloadable materials, and the selection and arrangement of those elements—are owned by or licensed to Falcon and are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.
Falcon Medical Strategies, the Falcon name and logo, and related names, marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks or proprietary identifiers of Falcon or their respective owners. No right to use them is granted except with prior written permission.
You may print or download a reasonable number of pages or materials made expressly available for download for your own lawful, noncommercial or internal business reference. You may not remove attribution, copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. This permission does not authorize republication, resale, commercial distribution, incorporation into another product or service, model training, or creation of derivative materials.
6. Thought Leadership and Downloadable Resources
Presentations, publications, articles, white papers, podcasts, webinars, frameworks, checklists, assessments, and other resources available through or linked from the Website reflect the authors' perspectives as of the date created. They may address complex or evolving topics and may not reflect later developments.
These resources are offered for general informational purposes and do not constitute recommendations for a specific company, product, program, clinical situation, or regulatory strategy. You remain responsible for conducting your own review and obtaining appropriate professional advice before acting on any information.
Third-party publications or presentations may also be subject to the applicable publisher's, conference organizer's, or other rights holder's terms and restrictions.
7. No Endorsement or Guaranteed Results
References to third-party organizations, professional associations, clients, partners, publications, technologies, products, or services do not necessarily constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Descriptions of Falcon's experience, capabilities, methods, or past work do not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes depend on many circumstances outside Falcon's control. Testimonials, examples, and illustrative scenarios, if any, represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites and services, including professional profiles, publications, conference materials, media platforms, scheduling tools, or other resources. Links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Falcon does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy, security, or practices.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party's terms and policies. You access third-party resources at your own discretion and risk.
9. Privacy
Falcon's collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Website Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FALCON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FALCON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, RELIABLE, AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FALCON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FALCON'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Falcon and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Website will be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and the parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
Falcon's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of Falcon's right to enforce it later.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Falcon regarding use of the Website. They do not replace or modify any separate written consulting, confidentiality, employment, partnership, vendor, or other agreement between you and Falcon.
