BRIAN FALCONE, PhD
Principal Consultant & Founder
Brian brings more than 20 years of Medical Affairs and Medical Communications experience, including Executive Director, Managing Director and board-level agency leadership roles. His work combines scientific rigor, strategic perspective and the practical understanding required to carry complex initiatives through execution.
He has authored or presented more than 25 thought-leadership contributions and holds leadership roles within the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS). Brian earned his PhD in organic chemistry from Princeton University and is building the kind of consultancy he believes clients and colleagues deserve: experienced, intellectually curious, precise and fully engaged in what happens next.
NATASHA ADAMOV, CPA

Natasha has spent more than 20 years working with Medical Affairs teams across pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. She is the founder of Adamov and Associates, a boutique recruiting firm dedicated to Medical Affairs and Medical Communications talent, and brings a practical, people-centered perspective to FMS's talent and strategic-alliance work.
